Description
It is a matter of immense pleasure and honor for us to extend a warm invitation to all of you for the upcoming UROCON Conference, as we look forward to hosting you here at the historic city of Peshawar from April 21-23, 2017. Following in the tradition of our previous successful conferences, this year we will welcome prominent urologists and researchers from around the world to share their expertise with us. Delegates from the United Kingdom, China, Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Nepal are expected to attend. The key speakers will call attention to the challenges in urological practice globally, and showcase cutting-edge treatments and surgical solutions that can help alleviate the suffering of patients worldwide.
As the conference theme “Committed to Excellence: Advancing Urology in the Developing World” highlights, our commitment to bringing developing countries at par with the new advancements in the urological field is the main focus of our meeting. To this end, the conference days have been equally allocated to allow for both abstract presentations and workshops. We have arranged for workshops on endo-urology, laparoscopy and reconstructive urology; as well as abstract presentations on all spheres of urology from basic science research, diagnostics, stone disease, uro-oncology and andrology, to advancements in infertility treatment. We are also negotiating live surgery transmission from Canada, including Robotic prostatectomy, PCNL, Penile prosthesis and artificial urinary sphincter placement. We are sure that this would be an unparalleled experience for all the attendees.
Besides professional development, an exciting social program also awaits the delegates. Peshawar is one of the oldest, most culturally rich and diverse cities in this region. It is a matter of pride for us to be able to share our heritage and history with our attending friends. We have arranged for stimulating experiences that we hope will be taken away as lasting memories.
