Description
Die HECARI-App ist eine Ergänzung zur HECARI-Appplikation. Ohne diese CIRS-Applikation kann HECARI nur mit dem Demo-Server genutzt werden.Für eine einfache Einsichtnahme in öffentliche Reports und für das besonders einfache Melden von Vorfällen kann alternativ zum Browser auch diese Android-App eingesetzt werden. Diese bietet einige Vorteile:
- Hohe Akzeptanz durch besonders attraktive Form der Meldungserstattung
- Erstattung von Meldungen direkt am Ort des Geschehens
- Verwendung der Geräte-Peripherie, d.h. bei der Meldungserstattung ist die Nutzung von Kamera und der Sprachaufzeichnung ohne Umweg möglich
- Auflistung und Anzeige von öffentlichen und der eigenen Meldungen
- Vielsprachige Benutzeroberfläche: deutsch, englisch, türkisch, russisch und polnisch (weitere Sprachen folgen)
- Durchdachtes Sicherheitskonzept z.B. durch Registrierung bzw. Sperrung mobiler Geräte im System

Ein Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS) dient der Steigerung der Patientensicherheit, Arbeitssicherheit und Dienstleistungsqualität in Krankenhäusern, Kliniken und anderen Einrichtungen des Gesundheits- und Pflegewesens. Dieses Werkzeug unterstützt den wachsenden Trend des Umdenkens: anstatt kritische Vorfälle zu übergehen, sollen diese in konstruktiver und anonymer Form als "Lehrmaterial" genutzt werden. Die Beschreibung und Bewertung solcher Beinahe-Unfälle dient dann der Vermeidung ähnlicher Situationen.
