במהלך היסטורי מלא אמונה, קמה קבוצה של עובדים שהחליטה להקים התארגנות עובדים בחברה, התארגנות שגולת הכותרת שלה היא עיגון הסכם עבודה קיבוצי שיבטיח תוספות שכר לעובדים, להקנות להם בטחון תעסוקתי, וכן לדאוג לרווחה אמיתית בארגון, זאת בצל שמירה על תרבות ארגונית של מצוינות בה דגל הארגון לאורך כל שנותיו מאז הקמתו.
ההתארגנות הוכרה רשמית על ידי הנהלת החברה בחודש אוקטובר 2013, לאחר שמעל שליש מעובדי החברה תמכו במהלך, כחודש לפני ההכרה.
ועד העובדים מייצב את עצמו, כבר על ההתחלה, כשותף משמעותי בחיי היום יום התעסוקתיים בחברה, ומטפל בשלל נושאים הנוגעים לעובדים ולתנאי העסקתם.
