Die App 5 Minuten Gesundheit ist Bestandteil der von uns durchgeführten Fortbildungen. Diese App hilft Ihnen, kleine Übungen direkt im Alltag anzuwenden. Dafür erhalten Sie täglich 2 Vorschläge. Die Wirksamkeit der Übungsimpulse wird verstärkt, wenn sie diese mit einem Bekannten durchführen und ihre Erfahrungen besprechen.Die App ist Teil unserer Fortbildungen und blended-Trainings zum Thema psychosozialer Gesundheit. Bei den Trainingsimpulsen geht es immer um das tägliche Umschalten von Leistung / Pflichterfüllung auf Gesundheitsförderung / Selbstentwicklung und zurück.
Die App hilft Ihnen, verschiedene Übungen im Alltag anzuwenden und zu trainieren. Dafür erhalten Sie zweimal täglich eine Mitteilung von der App. Die Uhrzeiten, an denen Sie diese Impuls-Übungen erhalten können Sie frei wählen.
Die Wirksamkeit der Übungsimpulse wird verstärkt, wenn sie diese:
