Die Wirksamkeit der Übungsimpulse wird ohne begleitendes Training (http://www.training-sis.de) stark eingeschränkt sein.Die App ist Teil des Trainings "Stark im Stress" (SiS). Das SiS-Training ist ein wissenschaftlich evaluiertes Training für einen gesünderen Umgang mit Stress und negativen Emotionen. Die App als Bestandteil dieses Trainings hilft Ihnen dabei verschiedene Übungen im Alltag anzuwenden und zu trainieren. Dafür erhalten sie zweimal täglich eine Mitteilung von der App. Die Uhrzeiten, an denen Sie diese Impuls-Übungen erhalten möchten, können Sie frei wählen.
Die Inhalte der App haben einen engen Bezug zu dem SiS-Training - eine Wirksamkeit der App ohne Online-Trainings oder Präsenztraining kann nicht gewährleistet werden.
