There are so many positive reminders and ways to shift your mood. It is engaging. I love it!

3 ★This app is probably quite useful for others but personally it wasn't what I was looking for. Mood scale only has 5 levels which I find to restrictive and to be honest the amount of stuff in the app was a bit overwhelming. Just a bit too much for me right now.
