WHAT IS BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT?

Brainwave Entrainment is any procedure that causes our brainwave frequencies to synchronize with a periodic stimulus. In the case of waveen~ it is all about sound stimuli by isochronic beats influx on the corresponding frequency to get the intended brain-state. For example, to induce excitement, relaxation, trance, healing, sleep and more.

WHAT ARE ISOCHRONIC AND BINAURAL BEATS?

Isochronic tones are regular beats of a single tone that are used alongside monaural beats and binaural beats in brainwave entrainment. At its simplest level, an isochronic tone is a sound that is being turned on and off rapidly. They create sharp, distinctive pulses.

Your brain has the ability to synchronize its activity frequencies from external sources of sound frequencies. So is now on you to choose which frequencies to hear to get your brain running that frequency.

TIPS AND TRICKS:

OK, so you sit down after a long day of work, possibly stressed out or just plain tired. You pick up your headphones (or turn on your speakers) and open up to an isochronic tone. You're about to hit play but wait, why not take the time to prepare so you can get the best from it?

Here are a few pointers:

1) Try to get rid of as much stress as you can. The best way to do this is by using a relaxation technique to calm yourself down. Deep breathing, meditation and yoga are all great ways to relieve stress and induce a state of relaxed awareness.

2) Make sure the speakers (or headphones) are set at a reasonable volume - if they're too low your brain won't be able to entrain itself, but if they're too loud the session could give you a headache, hurt your ears and cause other unpleasant effects.

3) If you're using headphones, make sure the wire is long enough to reach wherever you are going to stay for the duration of the tone. This only applies if you're using a computer or another non-portable device to listen.

4) Set up a comfortable place to listen - if you are looking to close your eyes and float away from your stress, try sitting on a soft, comfortable couch or lying down in bed. If you are using a tone that entrain the brain to a more active frequency, you don't need to close your eyes or lay down anywhere.

These tips should help when listening/preparing to listen in order to experience everything the particular tone you choose has to offer. Good luck and happy listening!

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I was really excited for this app until I realized that tones longer than 10-15 minutes cut short for me. And it isn't like there's a cursor so I can resume where I left off. It just stops and if I want to continue, I have to start the tone completely over again. Not good when meditating.
3 ★It is very data hungry. If we could download the favourites onto the phone it would be more stable. The tones themselves are very effective, which is why it makes me sad when they struggle to load because of network...
1 ★I slept like a baby for a few hours I wish it was able to loop. Sometime the sounds stops and stutter and then stop completely. And the ability to make playlist would be nice too. So far it has my pain some and helped me sleep which is a big deal.
3 ★Files glitch and stop playing after a few minutes. No way to go back to where it stopped/resume. Worthless until that is fixed. Music at start is annoying and no setting to turn it off. Don't remember ever seeing an update for this app since downloading it maybe a year ago, so probably not even being supported.
3 ★This will use a tremendous amount of data if you are not on WIFI. For some reason, this application bypasses Googles app permissions. In 3 nights I used over half of my 1GB limit. Read the description fully and carefully. It streams the content which is in .wav format, known to have huge file sizes. It will not store streamed content on your phone which will have negative and costly consequences.
1 ★Wonderful app, has worked brilliantly since I got it, but today it suddenly stopped working. No tones / categories of tones show up at all, just a blank page. Please can you fix this. The only thing that is a tad irritating is the music upon opening the app. Otherwise, absolutely brilliant before today.
4 ★I'm confused: are we supposed to meditate to this or just listen to it while going about our business? Edit: reducing 1 star because I'm pretty sure the tracks are being cut off before completing. Will bring it back to 1 star when it's fixed. Also, consider changing the file format. The app eats bandwidth!
4 ★If you're using this while you sleep, especially the ones designed for sleep, then you need a repeat button otherwise what's the point? Wake up just to play it again? Other than that, great app!
3 ★This app is good but it could could use some improvements like a loop feature, offline access(which i especially need since ive been trying to lucid dream and everytime i get comfortable and im about to fall asleep the track stops which shakes me out of my sleep) and longer tracks and in my case the lucid dreaming tones.
5 ★This is one of the few apps that actually works. Maybe it is a placebo effect, but hey, it works for me. I only wish that you can download the tracks you want so it can be listen in a no internet environment.
3 ★Love the app just hate the loading of a stream lag. Way to slow to load a stream (even on strong wifi), *the app description teases an upcoming offline mode, if implemented and assuming it works, my 3 stars so be 4!
4 ★Hmm, I am starting to think this might be fake. The track is called "nerve regeneration" and it claims to regenerate nerve cells. Problem: Nerve cells can't be regenerated! Once they're lost they are never back! A human being has limited number of nerve cells for the rest of his life. The question: Is this placebo? Please, I expect true answer :) I'll keep app installed anyways, just want to know. And one more thing: after like 10 minutes playing a sound, it crashes at my lenovo a2010 :(
