- By hitting Add a new entry will be added to this specific Workout Tracker exercise
- You can see your progress through a built-in Workout Log Graph
- You will find all Workouts History in the Workout Tracker history section

- In Cardio Section also you can enter a specific date
- Then Write down the cardio exercise name
- Distance and Duration
