1 ★The new app is harder to navigate in to find the info you want. I used to use the traffic updates and map to plan my daily commute, if I wanted to use Waze I would download the Waze app. The new traffic map doesn't provide the info that I need and it is just bulky to use.

1 ★Not a fan! What was wrong with what worked? New isn't always better! Edit 8/18/2020 I gave you time to fix your mistakes with this new app. I didn't want to be labeled as a"boomer", but I'm done. It's not worth the frustration. Every time I click on a story, I have to think, " is this a real story, or an ad?" I can't stand wading through all the trash that now seems to be so prevalent in this new app. When I do click on a real story, it's not even going there. It is showing more ads. Why?

1 ★Not a fan of new app. Very difficult to find new stories older than a couple hours and equally difficult to just be able to read those stories. It's not possible to always be able to watch a video. Way too many ads.

1 ★I was scrolling thru the "new format" after updating today. Not impressed. I liked the old format much better by the way and right in the middle of reading, the app brought me back to Google Play!?!!

1 ★Should have left it alone. Hard to navigate, video lags after long ads, ads EVERYWHERE, layout is confusing. Used old version for years and always recommended it! Uninstalling new version and definitely won't be recommending it to no one.

1 ★New update really took a turn for the worse. Extremely glitchy, laggy, and far from user friendly. The old adage "if it ain't broke don't fix it" seems fitting.

1 ★Live video is horrible! It doesn't start until after programming has started, if even. I have missed the Covid update the last two weeks because your app doesn't work right.

1 ★Slow, ads really slow it down. Less content than previous version. Would be better to roll back to the previous version. Not really that useful.

2 ★It's ok, I do not like this app version as well as previous one. Agree with the comments, disorganized, lots of adds, content repeats, not as big of a fan as I once was.

3 ★App just stopped working ... it just gives me the option to get alerts but doesn't open the actual article. Used to love this app, why did it have to change?

1 ★The updated interactive radar is abysmal. The screen is too bright and simplified and it's nearly impossible to find neighborhood streets, let alone scan out to see the radar around the U.S. and the world.

1 ★Hate it. The radar and weather is never right. It showed me all day that the area I live in was going to get a pretty decent storm and it was dry all day.
