Our services
Pilates:
We offer a variety of Pilates packages to fit your needs. Our reformer classes are available 6 days per week and have variety of intensities/styles to suit your needs. Our clinical Pilates studio is also available 6 days per week and is designed to deliver you with an individually tailored program so you are able to work on your own limitations. You can also navigate through your app to find your current programs and a whole range of exercise videos to ensure you are completing each exercise correctly.
Physiotherapy:
Our Physiotherapist is a highly qualified health professional who works with you and other health professionals to plan and manage treatment for the best possible outcome/s. Our method is simple; we assess the injury, diagnose, treat the areas requiring treatment and prevent further harm. We treat all areas of the body and patients, including Private, TAC, Workcover, EPC, and DVA.
Exercise Science/Strength and Conditioning:
Are you looking to get fit for the upcoming football season? Do you want to reduce your risk of injury this year? Or do you want to improve your performance and set personal records? Our strength & conditioning coach is highly qualified to assess your biomechanical limitations to assist your needs. Our coach has had extensive training in biomechanical analysis to perform sport specific screenings and develop exercise plans to help you reach any goal you desire. We use scientific principles in order to design specific training schedules and exercises to enhance physical and physiological performance.
Personal Training:
We not only limit our scope of training to the amateur or professional athlete but extend to the everyday warrior. If you would simply like to train with us for weight loss or general fitness, we can help you. We offer a variety of personal training packages for 1:1 and 2:1 with our personal trainer. Our personal trainer will meet with you to discuss your goals and design a program to meet these objectives. We also offer a modern boutique gym in which you are able to train on your own.
Massage/Myotherapy:
We offer a wide variety of massage styles including remedial, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage and more. Spots fill up quickly so book your appointment today!
Dietetics:
