ELIKApp, es el fruto del trabajo conjunto de ELIKA -Fundación Vasca para la Seguridad Agroalimentaria- y el Dpto. de Nutrición y Bromatología de la UPV/EHU con la colaboración de SEDYN –Sociedad Científica Española de Dietética y Nutrición-.Esta aplicación para smartphone, ha sido ideada como una herramienta de autocontrol de la ingesta alimentaria.
Mediante una sencilla pantalla de selección, se puede llevar un registro de los alimentos consumidos diariamente. Estos datos, generaran un informe diario con recomendaciones para llevar una dieta sana y equilibrada (además de un Informe Semanal, después de completados 7 días de registros).
Está basada en un registro de ingesta alimentaria previamente validado por el grupo de investigación del Dpto. de Nutrición y Bromatología de la UPV/EHU, financiado por el Ayuntamiento de Vitoria/Gasteiz. Además, también ha contado con la colaboración de la Sociedad Científica Española de Dietética y Nutrición SEDYN.
Mediante la aplicación, se puede llevar un seguimiento de la alimentación de varias personas en casa.
En definitiva, una herramienta para todos aquellos que quieran comer de manera más saludable.
Esta APP es de uso gratuito.
