Deze app is een cadeau aan de regio Midden-Limburg oost (miLo), aangeboden door de Uitvlucht-organisatie tijdens een tweejaarlijkse conferentie in 2015. De "Uitvlucht"stelt zich als doel een bijdrage te leveren aan goede communicatie en samenwerking binnen de regionale gezondheidszorg en is er van overtuigd dat professionals elkaar daarvoor moeten kennen en elkaar moeten kunnen bereiken. Deze app ondersteunt dat op een directe en simpele manier.De miLo-app bevat een smoelenboek (wie is wie) met daarin de contactgegevens van de huisartsen, medisch specialisten, apothekers en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde in de regio Midden-Limburg-oost. Tevens zijn alle werkafspraken (Regionale Transmurale Afspraken) van in de app te vinden, welke zijn opgesteld door huisartsen en medisch specialisten tezamen. Er kunnen werkafspraken gezocht worden op categorie, op alfabet, en door middel van een algemene zoekfunctie.
Ook bevat de app de laatste nieuwsbrieven . Voor het smoelenboek hebben gebruikers een inlogcode en verbinding met internet nodig. De werkafspraken en nieuwsbrieven zijn voor iedereen zichtbaar en offline beschikbaar. De inhoud van de app wordt regelmatig geactualiseerd.
