5 ★There are activities and learning for all aspects of pain management. If I'm tired I can do some meditation work, if I have energy I can do some learning and exercise or if I'm in pain, I can use the panic button. I'm using this app on a daily basis now. There are lots of stories from other users which was good to listen to. The trick is to learn how to use the app and use the guided prompts - sometimes the pain or fatigue can make it overwhelming to do anything. This has definitely helped me.
1 ★I did not mean to order this. I clicked on it to check it out. I have never used it. It charged me $95 and I can find out in the stupid app how to cancel it to get my money back

5 ★This is probably the first time I've given a 5 star review. A rare well executed health app with a seriously helpful program. Just make sure to keep using it, trust the process.
2 ★Not impressed so far. this seems to be intended for someone who is very young and has no experience in taking responsibility for their health, has never been in therapy, and is new to living with chronic pain. if this describes you, this might be just the thing. but if you are like me, 66 yo, advanced autoimmune and arthritis issues for many years, have been in therapy for pain and life quality, you will find little here that you don't already do.

5 ★It's enlightenment on the pain-brain connection, and plethora of tools to use for combating this, has been very helpful to me. I have suffered for more than 3 years with unexplained level 10 intermittent nerve pain. Docs say "all scans came back normal" and send me away to another Specialist who orders a different set of tests but they come back nornal as well. its been a crazy, expensive abd confusing cycle and Im thankful, so thankful for the hope this app represents.
