1 ★Can't finish the registration because of "system temporarily unavailable" error every time I tried to do it. Can't even effectively report that problem because when I tap the "attach file" button in the form (to provide a screenshot), the app opens my camera instead. This is a ridiculous piece of trash.

1 ★It didn't work, when I open the app there's a red screen with the logo and I can't do anything.

1 ★Horrible app. I never expected so bad App from a multimillion company like Eni. Registration for Spanish citizens is almost impossible. The app only recognize old ID card format so it doesn't recognize new ID card data. (Please note that Spanish ID card format was updated 3 years ago!). The App also has issues reading electronic passport data so basically we can't register.

1 ★This application simply does not work. I've been trying to register my passport and driving licence for years, I only got messages such as "service not available" or "we are verifying your documents", and nothing happens. Fortunately, there are alternatives in Italy since Enjoy loooks more a joke than a service.

1 ★il servizio di per se è buono, l'applicazione è terrificante. tempi di attesa infiniti, crash continui e costanti, aree completamente inaccessibili e chi più ne ha più ne metta. la cosa peggiore è che è così da anni. Peccato perché in questo modo si preferiscono altri servizi quando le auto e la funzionalità del sistema sono di fatto buoni. lasciate stare le marchette e date lavoro a chi lo sa fare per davvero!

1 ★Registrarsi è in incubo. Ho dovuto chiamare 2 volte il numero verde perché diceva che la data di rilascio della patente sbagliato. Che non era vero. Po mi ha fatto rifare la registrazione della carta di credito 3 volte. Poi, dopo aver riservato una macchina, ho aperto l'app sulla prenotazione, ho spinto 2 volte il tasto indietro ed è apparsa una finestra, che non letto credendo fosse per uscire, e voilà: "prenotazione cancellata" e il servizio clienti non può farci niente.

2 ★Se si seleziona patente europea con ricognizione manuale... Ci sono un paio di errori ad esempio la data di scadenza del documento viene segnalata come data di rilascio...

5 ★Ho trovato molto facile l'iscrizione avendo gia' account EniPlenitude. Ci sono varie opzioni che accontentano tutti e molto facili da visionare, seguendo le schermate. Le macchine sono quasi tutte uguali, e non so se sono le persone e/o mancanza di pulizia/manutenzione adeguata, ma sia l'esterno che l'interno a volte sono danneggiati e/o molto sporchi. La parte carburante e' un 50/50, sulla mappa puoi vedere live, ma se prenoti non sai se la macchina sara' con pieno o quasi a secco. Consiglio!
