1 ★Second time ordered food, waited an hour, then yandex eats cancelled it, offered coupon. Two hours later an indian courier appears and begs me to take order by cash. Also, the credit card I added to order food was also added to yandex taxi by default, without any notification. Simply put, this app is garbage in a package

1 ★Terrible customers service, never recommend!!! first time ordering half of the order never arrived even after them saying its on the way, kept texting and calling them and they kept saying you'll receive the final decision on email and nobody contacted me. 1 ★I need to call support almost every time I order something because they are late (like 40mins late) almost every other time, and support doesn't really do anything to help other than giving a discount coupon, which doesn't solve anything. Seems no one really care about timeframes or customers in general in this company. You might as well as not have timeframes if you are planning on being late on almost all of them. Just tell customers they have to wait 1h30 and shut up already.
1 ★Terrible service and support! I have made an order from Mcdonalds for 1200 RUB, and set a city where i live. Then after I payed the order the city have changed to another. And after complains to support they said that I have two options: go to another city and get my order or cancel the order without refund. That's how I lost my money. I recommend to not download this app and even buy from this Yandex.eda store! Terrible!
1 ★Awful application. Cannot find my address automatically saying as if I have not set the permissions for location when it's totally set to allowed. So I had to set the location manually. It couldn't add my card as a payment method as well. Really bad app. Not coming back to it again.
1 ★I've been using this app for more than 2 years. But now I logged in with the same number from another phone and ordered food, the courier never came but I was charged the money and they refused to refund the money saying they tried to reach me but no calls were gotten from their end to me. Be very careful if you are a new user, you might get scammed.
1 ★Decided to give this app a second chance. Ordered food, when it arrived the courier had spilled the drink over all of the food. Complained right away with photographs. Was told I would get a refund. One week later there was still no refund. After kicking up a big fuss finally they processed a refund... For the drink only. I was fuming, so kept on at them and eventually they refunded the food too. Had to spend hours to get a refund, and all they offered as compensation was 10% off the next meal.
1 ★The arrogant and mean delivery personnel, that just refuse to deliver to the door, and ask the client to come and take the order by themselves. Support is very slow and even if they help, they do it like I owe them and it feels like they're doing the client a favour: "okay, this time we will help you, but next time we won't". Just unbelievable! Exceptionally bad service and experience!
1 ★All sensitive user data have been exposed due to the latest data leak. Full names, geo locations, home adresses all of that are in free public access now. Yandex definitely can't protect your data. They even didn't try to compensate it somehow.
