3 ★ordres are sometimes very late, perishable items like fish, ground meat and frozen items are most of the time not kept cool appropriately, I had to send back spoiled fish once. once I asked that fish comes with some ice to keep it fresh: I received a chargeable 3kg bag of ice cubes...at this point I didn't had the energy to complain anymore. you need to check your order closely when delivered to find possible mistakes. no cancel order button. A part of that friendly customer service.
1 ★Crazy bad app. I wanted to like it, but it did itself no favors. Theres a lag when pressing buttons, it continuously crashes making you habe to fill your cart all over again, and then it simply won't allow you to create an account to check out. Just wasted an hour of my life trying to navigate this app.
1 ★The experience is horrible The worst delivery app ever - I did not receive my scheduled order even after 3 days. The worst customer service every - no call centre only chat option, the agent on the chat have the worst attitude and never response, is they do they will give all none sense responses. You do not compromise our daily life and impact our families, if you are competent simply say.
1 ★They have a chat option which is a one way chat! No one responds and the way they do is so vague. Poor service in a time when the whole world is depending on deliveries. There are other free services that do better than this. Here the service is worst in spite of delivery charges.
1 ★Service was ok at first but has been really bad lately. Order is delayed by 1 or 2 hours and at the last minute they told me they are unable to deliver. They dont have number either so I can never call them to check on the order and can only chat with them so it is not efficient at all!!!!
1 ★I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered many times but not even once I got my delivery. its either most of them items are out of stock or the prices have changed to way more expensive. its just a waste of time. it takes them 5 hours just to call u and say "sorry for the inconvenience".

1 ★Extremely slow delivery and whenever I have a complaint customer service explains it away instead of compensating. Items are often unavailable and the app is unclear about product details. Main thing is delivery is extremely un reliably - I waited over an hour past the delivery window for a delivery from a supermarket 5 minutes away.
2 ★They still dont come on their scheduled delivery. Due to the situation we are all having, I understand. However, they should update or notify customers on more delays. I decided to cancel my order since I dont hear anything from them- I went to the grocery then after few hours El Grocer called 'cause they are on their way to deliver. 😏😑
1 ★Ordered twice and both experiences were horrible: First merchant, they called for product substitution two days after delivery day which shows there is little or no form elGrocer of follow with merchants for still-open orders. Second merchant, suggested substitution only an hour before delivery while I placed order 5 days ago...also this means offerings aren't kept up to date! There is difference between the app and website when it comes to features. Moreover, something wrong with address book as automatically it keeps adding addresses even I already saved one from mobile app when I ordered. Mobile app buttons aren’t working and I couldn’t find deactivation account feature from website. It seems there is a little of sync between mobile and website Customer service chat support isn’t as expected, 5 minutes of waiting to text you a word then he/she ghost you.
1 ★I only used it once because I have 30AED coupon, however they removed items worth 18 AED to look like I used my coupon. Becareful of what you get because if you are not aware they might take your money. Also, they tell you to substitute items because it is out of stock, why substitute if you dont have it already! Also they recommend very expensive alternatives. Very unprofessional.
1 ★Bad app, Online support is the worst ever, you wait at least 30 minutes get someone to replay, then another 5-10 minutes for them to reply in chat, a phone call would be faster. Also chat doesn't have notification, you must keep chat open and wait reply, when you leave app you should go back from time to time to check if you get the replay or not. In some shops, items not available and not updated in the app, some call to arrange and other send whatever available without notifying you.
