Description

Ever spent a night enjoying dinner at a restaurant, followed by a week in hospital?
Lunch regret ever had you rushing for the toilet during an important meeting?

Food poisoning can often be caused by; unhygienic kitchen practices, insufficient access to sanity facilities, poor temperature control or uncovered food, rat and bug infestation within the food preparation area, the sale of expired or even deceivingly-labelled goods, or anything else you can even dare to imagine!

Some of the most common food safety breaches are;
- (35%) Cleaning and sanitation
- (13%) Temperature control
- (13%) Pest control – infestations, droppings
- (13%) Hand washing offences
- (11%) Protection from contamination - storage, personal hygiene

These things happen quite often but have no fear; we're bringing the notorious NSW Food Authority "name and shame" list straight to your Android!

The NSW Food Authority lists penalty notices for businesses which have breached NSW food safety laws.
Information provided in the fines give YOU, as the consumer, the ability to better pick and choose where you decide to eat.

Fine Food makes it much easier to view penalty information.

You can:
- List all the (on the spot) fines currently displayed on the NSW Food Authority #nameandshame list.
- Determine dodgy business hotspots with the Map view.
- Search and filter fines which are relevant to you (by suburb, postcode, and/or severity).
- Quickly locate stores by name.
- Highlight penalties by severity using the simple interface.

We'll keep the list up to date as soon as it comes out.

Notes:
- This app REQUIRES Google Maps to be installed.
- Please keep in mind that this is an UNOFFICIAL app which simply makes use of freely available data.
- Penalty notices are defined in two ways; on-the-spot fines and court fines. Currently we are only displaying on the spot fines.
- Information is updated whenever we notice any updates posted by the NSW Food Authority.
- This only shows the list of fines for NSW businesses.

Permissions:
- network access (retrieve fine details, map data)
- test access and modify contents of USB storage (map stores cache data onto your phone)
- read Google Service information (for map access)

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
