3 ★I used it for thr first time today, it loaded just fine and I was able to clip coupons in advance the night before and we'll as browse sales. The problem was when I got to the store, the item listed as being on sale on the App was not on sale and one of my clipped coupons did not apply when I scanned by barcode so the cashier had to manually enter it.
5 ★This app feels like a Sprouts store, but needs to be streamlined, specifically consolidating and simplifying the in-store list / coupon experiences. The process is confusing, needs to be easier to select and know which coupons I have. Do items need to be on the in-store list to qualify for coupons, or is the function a personal shopping list? I don't need it to save my searches for every item. The style of this app is right on point, though. Please enlarge item photos.
1 ★Great store...Terrible app/website When you view the weekly add and select an item, you can't add it to your shopping list. You have to search for the item and then add it to your list. Whenever you try to view your list, it always wants you to reselect your location/store. Trying to add to the shopping list puts you into a dead end prompt that you can't back out of. They need to have somebody that didn't design this software test it and ACT on the findings. The user friendliness is BAD.
3 ★Update: Nothing has changed. If asking for rating/feedback, use it! This app is very utilitarian and basic w/no incentives for shoppers to bother with using the app. 1) It would be helpful to have a section for clipped coupons rather than having to either look them up individually or click on the product, scroll down, and then add to shopping list. 2) There should be some sort of points system to encourage use of app. Such as after spending $200 you get $5 off, or something like that.
1 ★Can't even use the app anymore. Constantly bombarded with "there was an error!" popups even when I didn't click on anything. Also "there was an error" and "invalid session". Clearing app storage did not help. Can't use the app for more than five seconds without this happening. Also, once the error appears, it is either followed by more errors or three minutes of loading time followed by more errors. Ridiculous.
2 ★This is by far the slowest app ever. I'd resisted downloading the app(due to negative reviews)since it was revamped a couple years ago. The old version was so much nicer & faster & easier to work with. I only downloaded the new version for the digital coupons. The app is ok once I'm able to get in but the slowness of getting in makes me not inclined to use it much. I do shop at Sprouts a lot though since it's so to my house. They also have the best prices on produce(most of the time).
2 ★barely functional as a shopping app. the app doesn't store the barcode locally so it takes up to two minutes to retrieve this data when you open it in the checkout line. also interrupted me to rate it while I was trying to do something useful on it. update: I notice that according to the 'recent changes' text on this app, offline retrieval of the barcode is now a new feature. However, this doesn't appear to be sufficient because when I am at the checkout line my phone claims to be connected. If the connection is spotty, then the end result is a buggy product that won't display a code to scan because it won't give up trying to fetch something from upstream. A better option would be to display the code by default, instead of prioritizing the display of other ad information.
3 ★App is very buggy. Could be easier to navigate. Like for example, when I have a pending pick up, why isn't that front and center when I open the app? I have to search for my order to check in at the store. Not very intuitive. Also is incorrect often about what's in stock. Not sure if someone isn't updating the stock enough or there's a big lag between the app and store.
5 ★Better than most, I like that the prices are always displayed, but don't like that it gets hung up and freezes at random times, esp when I'm in the store and need to see my list. Unfortunately, I do not like the changes that have been made recently. I can no longer get a digital view of the weekly sales, except for the front page. I can't make my list from this. Bring back the digital display of the weekly ad...it's just aggravating now so I don't come into the store as much. UPDATE issues fixed
3 ★I would like this app better if clipping digital coupons was a one step process. I don't like the extra steps of having to open the offer, add the items to my cart, etc. It makes using the app tedious and frustrating, especially when it won't open while I'm in the store or is very slow, which is often. I'm glad they at least finally made the weekly discount deals automatic.
2 ★I would love to use this app, but when I open it, it places my home store in Scottsdale, Arizona. I live outside Orlando, FL. I have repeatedly changed my preferred store to the one closest to me, but after I do, the app says that there's a problem and has to reload and when it reloads, I'm back in Scottsdale. It just keeps reloading on a loop. Very frustrated.
3 ★The pros: this app makes coupon clipping very easy. It is easy to navigate through the app as well. The cons: not all coupons work seamlessly. At first I would just think it was user error.. maybe I didn't read the fine print properly but soon realized there are just issues with the application. Just make sure to read the fine print and verify your receipt post purchase.
