El Consell de Col·legis d’Infermeres i Infermers de Catalunya, que agrupa als quatre col·legis catalans, ja ha aprovat la renovació del codi d'ètica, que ha comptat amb la participació directa de més de 3.000 persones i que ha suposat un treball de tres anys per a un grup d'infermeres redactores. Ha suposat un procés de participació obert a totes les infermeres i infermers catalans.L’objectiu del nou codi és respondre als problemes ètics actuals de les infermeres i donar a conèixer els valors que defensa la professió infermera, la seva bona pràctica professional i el seu compromís cap a la societat.
