Given the level of changes, there certainly are bugs lurking around. If you find one, please let us know at the forum (https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=369711) so we can make Kore a better remote.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Simple to set up and use. Integrates with multiple instances of kodi on a network and works beautifully. Allows management of every aspect of your media library and configuration. Excellent work by the developers, my hat comes off to you!
4 ★Lost the TV remote. With a bit of fiddling and set up I can use my phone instead. And my phone has search! Sometimes gets confused about what the Kodi instance is doing, but a close and restart fixes that. Recommend.
5 ★thanks for that the app is great. actually,I have a little request adding a toggle on/off for local or remote playing in setting, then I am not necessary to press long on video to select locally playing every time when I want to play locally.
1 ★even with the manual set up it still won't work. I have looked at countless message boards, made sure all the settings were correct, nothing. it has nothing to do with my firewall either bc I went through that. trying to figure this out has been the biggest waste of my time
3 ★Remote works well. Problem is whenever i try to browse local files, the app says it doesnot have permission for storage access. I have given all permissions to the app, but no success.
3 ★I like the new UI but I have to downgrade as somehow changing playlist item positions is even more buggy than before. Please keep us up to date when it will be fix so I can upgrade again. Might open bug report after more testing.
4 ★works well on libraelec and netflix. only request i have is to make the up down side buttons bigger.. possibly full screen removing player control at the top .. because while scrolling thru list i VERY OFTEN click on center ok button as my eyes on tv and slight movement of phone and bam movie starts accidentally
3 ★It's great. Has most of the features I need but the UI/UX is missing something... I find Yatse way better from the UI size/disposition point of view. If it weren't for that I'd be using More.
2 ★It's one thing that makes this a no no for me. The power button and no options for it. In all logical sense there should have been no destructive options on that button by default. Meaning quit Kodi and minimize Kodi is non destructive. If you needed the other options you should be able to enable these individually from within a menu.
2 ★Very nice - when it works! Frequently fails to connect for no apparent reason (no settings changed). Wasted sufficient time on KORE that I may just give up on Kodi completely and try to find a working media centre product, as remote is an essential part.
2 ★* the only problem I'm facing is that the app does not auto connect to Kodi on Android tv once it is paired. i have too delete the connection and add it again only then it works. * if there was an option to search the media of Kodi from Kore then it would be awesome.
5 ★it would be nice if you could listen to the music folder from the phone in the SD card on the smart TV. so it can only listen to one track to start the whole folder and subfolder
