THAI & THAI Smile i lert u (Thai Airways) เป็น Mobile SOS Application ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้แจ้งขอความช่วยเหลือต่างๆ เมื่อท่องเที่ยวอยู่ในประเทศไทย สามารถใช้งานบน Smart Phone ที่ได้รับความนิยม อาทิ iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry หรือแม้แต่ Samsung Smart TV Smart Phone ต้องมีระบบเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณ Ground Positioning System (GPS) ทำงานผ่านเครือข่าย Internet บนสัญญาณ Edge, 3G, 4G หรือ WiFi ซึ่งพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศไทยมีสัญญาณดังกล่าวให้บริการTHAI & THAI Smile i lert u มีบริการหลักอยู่ 4 บริการ ได้แก่
I. i call รวบรวมหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ฉุกเฉินในประเทศไทย ที่จำเป็นแก่นักท่องเที่ยว
II. i lert u โปรแกรมแจ้งขอความช่วยเหลือ โดยสามารถเลือกความช่วยเหลือหรือผู้รับแจ้ง เช่น บริการทางการแพทย์ ตำรวจ เป็นต้น จากนั้นพิมพ์ข้อความสั้นเป็นภาษาใดๆ ก็ได้ที่ Google translation แปลได้ พร้อมถ่ายรูป แล้วส่งออก ระบบจะใส่พิกัดปัจจุบันของท่านไปโดยอัตโนมัติ พิกัดที่ส่งไปมีความละเอียดเพียงพอที่จะนำความช่วยเหลือมาถึงท่านอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งสามารถส่งข้อความและรูปภาพออกไปยัง Facebook , Twitter หรือเพื่อนๆ ได้ในคราวเดียวกัน
III. Where’re u โปรแกรมแสดงตำแหน่งปัจจุบันของเรา หรือเพื่อนของเรา ทั้งนี้ เราสามารถขอให้โรงแรมที่พักเป็นเพื่อนของเรา เพื่อคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือเราหากหลงทาง หรือต้องการความช่วยเหลืออื่นๆ เป็นต้น
