Having tried using spreadsheets, filing systems and email, we found that this was time consuming, created duplicate information and made management of our properties tedious and inaccurate. We searched for Landlord Management software and found that the tools available did not meet our needs as they were either too complex or did not provide the information and support that we were looking for. So we designed our own. A Property APP that works on your phone, tablet and web whether you’re connected to the internet or not.
