Luxury Property Singaporewww.luxurypropertysg.com was built to showcase Singapore’s finest Luxury Properties to the world. It was first conceptualized by Chris Ng, from ERA Singapore. Chris did his diploma in Building and Real Estate Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore and went on to graduate with a 2nd Upper class Honours in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brooks university, UK. Before joining ERA Singapore, Chris’s career in the real estate included stints in Colliers Jardin( currently Colliers international), Knight Frank Singapore Pte Ltd and Wisely98 Pte Ltd.
Every Luxury property that is featured here has been carefully selected to ensure that their designs, location, style and quality are unique, and truly luxurious. They are in a class of their own. We have classified the properties featured in this website into 2 main showcases: New Showcase and Private Showcase.
New Showcase is where we feature New Luxury Property by developers. Some of the properties are already completed, while some of the properties are being developed and are not completed yet. Buyers of these uncompleted properties usually pay a deposit to secure their interests in the properties. Further payments are only payable when specific segments of the buildings are completed and certified. The properties feature in this showcase include the “Super Luxury” , “Urban Luxury” and “City Luxury” types.
Private Showcase is where we feature Private Luxury Property
collections of individual owners or institutional investors. The properties in this showcase are completed and furnished. Most of them are tastefully renovated by renowned interior designers. Some of these properties are tenanted with impressive yields.
