4 ★Appreciate this app on the grounds that the app does exactly what it says it does. Nothing else. No adds, no pop ups, no up selling just your insurance cards. I can find providers easily and send them my card straight from my phone. It's simple and it doesn't take up a lot of space...the only issue I have is when you hit the back button it exits the app otherwise I would give 5 stars

1 ★First time I used it the app actually located dentist, but not a single eye doctor. Second time it didn't locate anything. I tried to email the webmaster and it rejected my email. Good job in not make it do anything. Someone should pay money for this free app. Ha ha ha ha!!!!

2 ★Would be much more useful if you could stay logged in or use a pin to access your account info. Having to remember my member ID and a bunch of other stuff kind of defeats the purpose.

1 ★This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Dental Select makes a lot of $. This is the best you can come up with? The back button on the device dosnt work but rather exits out of the app entirely. No providers ever show up even though there are hundreds. Very very very amateur development.
