¿Eres un paciente anticoagulado y quieres controlar mejor tu tratamiento?AnticoagulApp es tu asistente perfecto para avisarte de cuándo tomar la dosis de tu medicamento y asignar contactos de seguimiento. Impulsada y avalada por la Sociedad Española de Cardiología (SEC), la app también permite realizar seguimiento de tus controles INR e incluye información sobre los tipos de hemorragias y preguntas frecuentes relacionadas con los diferentes tratamientos.
AnticoagulApp funciona de forma muy sencilla e intuitiva, para ayudar a seguir la evolución del tratamiento con anticoagulantes como Sintrom/Aldcocumar, Eliquis, Lixiana, Pradaxa y Xarelto. En solo 5 pasos:
1. Registro: rápido y solo con los datos necesarios, preservando tu intimidad.
2. Configuración de tratamiento: para seleccionar el medicamento, la información de INR/TTR y el gramaje del comprimido.
3. Configuración de tomas: la cantidad de comprimidos por días de la semana, seleccionando fecha de inicio y fin del tratamiento (con calendario específico para el Sintrom).
4. Configuración de recordatorios de tomas: selecciona la hora de la toma y elige si deseas recibir notificaciones en tu móvil para recordártelo y también asignar un contacto de seguimiento: si al llegar la notificación no se confirma, la app entiende que no se ha tomado y alerta al contacto mediante e-mail o SMS.
5. Histórico de control: para realizar seguimiento de tus controles INR por fechas y ver la evolución del tratamiento.
