Description

InVentry is a touch screen visitor and staff management system used by over 1,500 customers all over the UK. The InVentry Staff APP allows you as a member of staff to sign into your school or businesses InVentry unit directly from your mobile device

The InVentry Staff APP automatically knows when you arrive and leave work and reminds you to sign in or out. This in turn allows you to easily and simply sign in and out of your building.

For InVentry administrators anybody who signs in using the InVentry Staff APP appears on the InVentry console as they would do if they had manually signed into the touch screen or scanned their ID card.

What is more This APP allows you to pre-booked Visitors. When you add their email InVentry will even send them an invitation that they can print out. This invitation will include a barcode that gets scanned by the InVentry when they arrive.

InVentry Staff is a cutting edge and unique way to manage staff attendance on your site. A valid InVentry Anywhere subscription is required to use this service.

How to install InVentry Staff APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Won't log on. Just hangs on the "Logging on" screen. Totally useless.

1 ★Diabolically poorly coded app and well down to Inventry low, low standards. Get the following message in classic Chinglish when sat in my office in the middle of school, "You are out from zone". Inventry sucks in every possible way!

1 ★Just keeps saying i can't sign in because i'm not on site when i am on site.

1 ★Would give 0 if I could. Still says I'm off site when working in my classroom

1 ★Can't save notification preferences. Every time you sign back in it reverts to on. Ignores back button presses. This appears to be ok now but geolocation is terrible. There is no periodic update on location and of the app isnt completely quit and reopened, your new location will never be located.

2 ★Has only worked a couple of times, commonly takes forever to login or sign you out. Even when it says you are signed out I get an email late at night telling me I haven't. I have previously contacted via email to report issues and but having come back after the summer it's not even letting me log in anymore and I've pretty much had enough. A shame because I it had potential to be really useful but now I get to trek to the other side of the school site to log out then back again to exit by my car.

2 ★Stopped detecting being on site, cause be nice to display location turned off. In the mean time make sure location is turned on.

1 ★Worked ok to start with but after the first week started logging me out. Doesn't pick me up on site at all now. Good idea but doesn't work.

2 ★I can't get it to work.. just says 'unable to get a response'

1 ★Pretty rubbish app. Usually doesn't know if I'm in or out of school dispite settings the reminders. Very limited function and generally not trusted to sign me in or out when needed. Brilliant idea but needs major overhaul.

1 ★Newly purchased fantastic system, let down by your app, would not download on android 6, cmon guys!! we need this to work, sort it out.
