Gli iscritti possono verificare il proprio abbonamento, le scadenze, il certificato medico ed i pagamenti, prenotare i corsi ed i servizi, acquistare abbonamenti e prodotti, verificare il piano di allenamento ed interagire con lo staff del centro visualizzando messaggi e comunicazioni riservate inviate dal proprio consulente commerciale ed istruttore.
Il personale del centro, può verificare la propria agenda ed inserire appuntamenti, pianificare le attività di CRM e registrare le presenze degli iscritti alle lezioni e servizi erogati.
Il Club manager può effettuare verifiche sull’andamento del Club e monitorare il lavoro del personale.
