O aplicativo My Personal calcula o Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC) dos seus usuário e a partir disso sugerimos dicas de alimentação da região Amazônica. Além disso, também oferecemos dicas de exercícios simples onde a pessoa poderá fazer em qualquer lugar, seja ela em casa ou até mesmo no trabalho.FUNCIONALIDADES:
*Calcular IMC: utilizamos alguns dados de cadastro para realizar este cálculo e informar o usuário a suas condição física.
*Alimentação: sugerimos a usuário dicas de alimentação baseada no resultado do seu IMC. Vale lembrar que são dicas de alimentação da região Amazônica.
*Exercício: também sugerimos dicas de exercícios simples ou formas para ajudar seu corpo a se manter saudável.
*Histórico: acompanhe sua evolução a medida que você realize outros cálculos do seu IMC. Sugerimos que você faça todo mês um calculo para um bom acompanhamento.
