High Stakes är appen för dig som är ung och vill ta kontroll över ditt spelande, oavsett om det gäller spel om pengar eller data- och TV-spel.Med hjälp av vår klocka kan du hålla koll på hur länge du har varit spelfri. För att hålla motivationen uppe får du meddelande från oss med medaljer för avklarade dagar, pepp, tips, stöd och praktiska verktyg för att hålla dig borta från spelet.
Dessutom kan du skapa din egna profil där du fyller i mål, motivation, triggers och vad du kan göra istället när spelsuget smyger sig på.
Om High Stakes:
High Stakes jobbar mot spelproblem bland unga i åldern 16-25 år. Genom att sprida information om spel och spelproblem vill vi hindra att unga dras in i det. Dessutom erbjuder vi stöd till de som redan har, eller är på väg in i ett spelberoende.
High Stakes är framtaget och utvecklat av Flamman Ungdomarnas Hus i Malmö och finansieras av Arvsfonden. Med oss i projektet har vi också Spelberoendes förening i Malmö, Öppenvårdshuset Gustav (Sociala Resursförvaltningen, Malmö), Beroendecentrum i Malmö och forskare Anders Håkansson från Lunds Universitet.
