2 ★I request to minister please take steps to change culture inside post offices. Its the same old mindset of employees doing nothing and not guiding customers. I happened to visit one post office after so called change but was very disappointed to see same old things being happened with new labels.

1 ★Pathetic application. Can't even track an item. I gave the tracking number and after like some seconds app just closes without a warning or message. Won't use it again
