1 ★I used to watch the news "live" in the mornings while having a cup of coffee before work. The older version was easier to navigate, with a couple of more steps. But this version now, with less steps to "live", really sucks! I would get sound but no picture, then the picture would pop in on the middle of the news cast. If you don't correct all these problems soon, you will be losing a large section of your viewers! I, for one, will not tolerate this inconsistency in programing!

1 ★Adter months of waiting their is still no fix for this app. Words dont show up , videos cut out and I get characters that look like an emoji from an Iphone was sent to an Android. I like getting my local news to read on the go ,but it is time to find a new news source with a working app.

1 ★Can't watch weather videos. It is clunky and doesn't deliver the content you are trying to see. I mean of every website/click bate site I've ever seen on my mobile device this one is by far the worst!

1 ★Loved it before but I've installed it three times this week and it still doesn't work. I'm done with it!

1 ★Old one worked beautifully. New one SUCKS. I'll give it one week and if I don't see massive improvement I'm uninstalling. Sad the old version WAS my news app of choice. This tripe could end my loyalty to the station. After a second chance, add poor quality reporting and unprofessional conduct of on the air reporters. I'm gone.

2 ★I turned to 10 to see the Sunday weather and the video is from 4 days ago. It's nice you finally got weather videos going, to bad you don't keep this current, like your competition channel 12. They have a much superior app.

1 ★Having moved to Florida several years ago my wife and myself try to follow local news as often as possible. Channel 10 news app is not the way to accomplish this task. Commercial after commercial, "We'll be right back", freezing feeds, no picture, etc. The live feed is terrible!!! Why can't WJAR go to a behind the scenes look opposed to breaking for commercials every 4-6 minutes? With 1/3 of the news being advertising, viewers do see the greed, I assure you!
