Su iniziativa di Federfarma Genova è stata realizzata un’innovativa App che fornisce al cittadino nuovi modi per interagire con la farmacia.Sapere dove si trova la farmacia più vicina e, per quelle abilitate, conoscerne gli orari di apertura, comunicare tramite Chat direttamente col proprio farmacista di fiducia in tempo reale ma non solo…
…chiedere disponibilità di farmaci e prenotarne il ritiro, ricevere aggiornamenti sulle attività della farmacia, notizie urgenti, informazioni su controlli periodici e vaccinazioni stagionali e tanto altro ancora!
Non si tratta dunque del solito e-commerce, ma di uno strumento di comunicazione tra farmacista e cittadino che rafforza quel prezioso rapporto di fiducia e contatto diretto che ha da sempre contraddistinto la farmacia sul territorio!
Nota: il servizio al è attivo con tutte le sue funzioni nella sola provincia di Genova.
Viene comunque fornito un elenco delle farmacie nazionali con geolocalizzazione, ma senza ulteriori indicazioni sugli orari di apertura e sui servizi offerti.
