Die bigBOX Allgäu hat sich seit ihrer Eröffnung 2003 als größte und modernste Veranstaltungshalle im Allgäu etabliert. Auf einer Gesamtfläche von 6.000m² finden bis zu 9.000 Personen in äußerst variablen Räumlichkeiten Platz. Schwerpunktmäßig finden hier Konzerte und Shows sowie Messen, Seminare, Tagungen und Galabälle statt.Bei über 150 Veranstaltungen jährlich gastieren neben großen internationalen Künstlern und Tourneeproduktionen auch regionale Künstler. Im Mittelpunkt der Philosophie der bigBOX Allgäu steht erstklassige Qualität in allen Bereichen, vom Programm auf der Bühne bis zur Gesamtatmosphäre im Haus. Die Lage im Herzen von Kempten macht die bigBOX Allgäu zum Veranstaltungsmittelpunkt der Stadt und der Region Allgäu/Oberschwaben gleichermaßen.
Im Oktober 2013 hat das direkt angeschlossene bigBOX HOTEL geöffnet: Insgesamt 124 Zimmer, das Restaurant „musics“ mit angrenzendem Barbereich sowie ein Fitnessraum bieten hier Platz.
