「麻雀成績共有アプリ JanScore」は、作成者のGooglePlay表示名「Yoshi Andy」（以下、甲とする）が提供する麻雀の成績を仲間内で共有するためのアプリです。本アプリに関する利用規約（以下「本規約」とする）を以下のように定めます。本アプリのご利用に関しては、本規約に同意し、これを遵守していただく必要があります。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、起動した方は、本規約に同意したものと見なします。
ご利用される方は、本規約の内容を理解したうえで、ご自身の責任で行うものとします。
【個人情報について】
本アプリでサーバーに保存するデータは、利用者の仲間同志で情報を共有する為のものであり、二次利用など他の目的で使用することは一切致しません。
【パーミッションについて】
・READ_CONTACTS
面子登録時に電話帳から氏名を入力する為に利用します。
（一部の電話帳アプリを開く際の不具合解消として追加しております）
・INTERNET、及び、・ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
サーバーへのコミュニティ情報の保存/取得、及び、広告表示の為に利用します。
【禁止事項】
１．本アプリの利用は、利用者又は、関係者の利用のためのみに制限されます。本アプリの商業的、
その他当社が承諾していない目的での利用および二次利用は一切禁止します。
２．本アプリの内容（ソフトウェアを含みます）について、甲の承諾なき、利用者による以下の行為を一切禁止します。
①複製、頒布、公衆送信、改変、翻案、翻訳その他二次的著作物の作成
②第三者への移転、販売、譲渡その他の処分、再使用許諾、貸与等
③リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他の解析、分析
