4 ★Items are not taken out of the basket, even if you are delayed. I waited 48 hours before I can order, all my items were still in the basket when I returned to the app.

4 ★Good app, does a little bit of a problem when it comes to purchases, but finally got to pruchase. Looking foward to more purchases.

2 ★The app is good and my first order was effortless and fast. As for my second order, I don't know. I'm trying to checkout, payment and everything but it takes me to a page where it says "You are not authorized to this page. Transaction is not processed". It's really frustrating 😤, please fix this issue then perhaps I'll change my mind.

1 ★So bad. No filtering. After scrowling down page after page. It jumps back to page 1 and you have to start over.

4 ★I had to call the call centre. The lady that helped today was SUPERB. 1/12/2020. 17:30-17:50 She had to change an old email address, that I did not provide??? We walked through the whole process. It was very slow...probably due to volume. Store locator for click & collect wouldn't work...but then ok. Payment...needed to click on account line, was confusing as I was clicking on my price account logo Eventually payme t was accepted. Thank you

2 ★Not very good, I made my first app purchase and the coupon for shopping on the app for the first time did not want to apply. Not a satisfied customer.

Ordering online using door-to-door delivery is easy to use, but don't use click+collect, I'm waiting almost a month now for my order and you can't just go and take the items you paid for from the shelf. I'll give the human skills and effectiveness of customer service also a 3-star.

3 ★App is generally okay, but when I want to "find in store" it doesn't pick up my location. It only shows Johannesburg and Pretoria stores as 1km away etc, but I'm sitting in Bloemfontein??????

2 ★I love shopping at Mr price but I'm so disappointed that I went to Maponya Mall for nothing yesterday, I checked if the item I wanted was available through this app and It stated that there were even 5 pairs of it,I quickly rushed there only to find out there was not even 1 pair of the colour I wanted,I ended up buying different ones and it wasn't fair,this app is not being updated and it costs us.

1 ★I've been using the App since 2017 with no problems at all. It was one of the best. Your App became pathetic to use during 2020 Covid 19 pandemic. The delivery tracker does not work (for both deliveries and collections). There is never enough items to shop for. Deliveries r not done on time....it is just pathetic.

4 ★I'm giving it 4 stars because I love how you can view everything clearly and there are a few amazing pieces of clothing that I would like to purchase but my problem is my card transactions are not going through. I love the app cause how convenient it is. However I am dissatisfied in that regard.

3 ★Nice app, with accurate stock availability. However, nearly everytime I use it certain items don't load and I'm eventually forced to close the app due to no response. I then revert to using the browser. It's been like this for months.
