1 ★The app is incredibly slow. Every time you open an option you have to wait while it decides whether to do it or not. And the pharmacy section just won't work. I can't open Order a Script. I tried to save a Profile and it won't save. And system to put in your birth date is so ridiculous, you can't type in the date. I had to scroll through every month of every year to get all the way back to my birth date!! Who has time for that?!?!
2 ★Frustrating, have been trying to place an order for the last hour, app does nothing and then when it does, it requests me to log in multiple times. Then when I login, it says you already logged in. Please improve this app as this technology is not working. I tried it on a tablet and on my phone and I am super frustrated with it. All I want to do is put my order through, it should not be this hard. I have ordered multiple times before, I dread each time I have to place an order.
1 ★Hate this app...I'm never able to purchase the specials via the app. Always getting 404 error, saying the page is not found. This month I cant make a purchase on any of the items, cause all the items bring come up the 404 error. So no online shopping with the Clicks app, total waste of time. And why waste my time to include promotions or items that are not available, why not just show me what is available.
1 ★App is slow. For the past 3 days I've been trying to place an order but while I am busy reading product information adding to cart and to my favorites. App decides to log me out then when I log back in the process delays just keeps on loading and tells me my login details are incorrect then the app just freeze. I've deleted my old app and reinstalled it but still no change. I even thought I had to update my app but there is no newer version.
1 ★Most useless app ever. UX is horrible to say the least. Spent an hour adding goods to my cart, proceeded to check out and goods are missing. I wish I could give this App Zero stars. The App developer should truly be ashamed; the innumerable complaints in the thread but no effort to correct/upgrade the app. Triple thumbs down.
1 ★The online delivery by Pargo of clicks, is very poor service! I've ordered items 23 of Dec 2020 for in store collection, today is the 5th of Jan 2021 and is still waiting. I've phoned and send email on which they 'escalated' the order, but to no avail.
1 ★This is the worst shopping app that I have used. Items disappear from your basket, you are continuously logged out, it's difficult to get to a shopping page with a search bar and trying to track your order is impossible as the app sends you to unrelated pages. This is not an app worth using.
1 ★This app needs fixing! Everytime I want to do a purchase everything disappears from my cart. My cart is left empty, absolute waste of time, no use doing online shopping. Please this needs fixing asap! Make it more user friendly
1 ★Does not work. I got this to setup and follow up on my repeat scripts, but I get a "Pharmacy error" everytime I try to register. The desktop website works just fine. The app is therefore just - for lack of a better word - useless.
5 ★I love this app. I ordered first time ever online shopping with this app and delivery came on time with all items I ordered as per invoice nicely packaged. I admit the app can be abit slow at times and you have to log in sometimes a few times before order is finalized but those are not major issues....
3 ★Really love this app, I ordered multiple times already. It's just that when browsing on the app it take so long to load items when u click on them or add them to cart. Please fix this issue, its becoming frustrating 😑
1 ★This app doesn't work properly. Every time I try to order a repeat script I get an error message saying I must call the call centre. This has been going on for about 2 years and I can't get it resolved.
