Примечательно, что заявка, оставленная посредством “Yordam”, имеет тот же юридический статус, что и официальное письменное обращение, но помогает сэкономить значительный запас времени.
Основные функции приложения:
• Возможность оставить прошение о возникшей проблеме в одной или нескольких областях ЖКХ
• Отметить проблемную зону на карте Ташкента, или других городов Узбекистана
• Прикреплять фотоснимки ко всем своим обращениям
