3 ★A LOT of things don't work well. This could use some serious improvements to make it functional, however, there's too many things to address in this brief space, but I would like to say an important change SHOULD BE that you should STOP sending notifications at FIVE A.M.!! Are U serious here or is this just some stupid thing that didn't occur to you. If this keeps happening I'll have to turn off all notifications, but then I won't hear about important notices so please fix this crazy problem!!
1 ★I love the app! It's quick and easy to buy the items I want. However the app doesn't appear to have all items available for purchase as in store. Such as buying protein bars individually, the knew hemp items, or even Quest cookies... etc.. It does provide many sales alerts and promotional codes for discounts. UPDATE: I AM DISAPPOINTED IN MY RECENT EXPERIENCE. I MADE A SMALL ORDER A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I COULDN'T TRACK IT BUT I WAS CHARGED. IT'S STATUS WAS SHIPPED. CANCELLED SUBS!
5 ★I sometimes find apps much harder to navigate than a vendor's desktop or mobile website, but not so with the Vitamin Shoppe app! It was easy to find the items I wanted and to arrange pickup at my local store. So far I have not had any issues with bugs or the app crashing mid-use either -- another issue I often find with apps. Nice work.
4 ★I like the app and the functionality, but I run into a lot is orders being canceled on the store due to the product that was listed as being there is not there. So maybe on the backend the app could be updated to reflect actual items in stock OR there should be a way to list things that are being sold individually in the coolers. Or maybe make it easy for the store to update their stock.
2 ★Had issues with applying coupons and the awards that I eventually ran out of time to use a 20% off coupon that expired at midnight and finally was apply to apply the award but only through the app as their website stopped working. I screenshot and emailed my issue so i hope they'll fix this for me. I'll change star rating if they do.
5 ★It is very easy to use! I haven't ran into any hiccups yet. I've been using the app for about 5 mos. so far. Usind the app actually lets you see all the sale items at the store and the deals only online. I have an account so it keeps history on previous orders. It makes it that much easier to order again! Thanks
4 ★Horrible customer service. Have had nothing but trouble with them since I signed up with autoship almost 3 yrs ago. My product Allicin 6000 never seemed to be in stock. They are just starting to send after about 2 years. The shipment that I got yesterday only had 1 bottle. I got charged for 2. I tried live chat and to call them . Live chat goes to their specials , phone just rings and never answered. Resorted to sending email. I recommend using a reliable company. They are not! Cancelling.
2 ★Works well the 1st purchase. Afterwards it has been issues with checkout or can't even get the product they r selling sent to me or a store. Appears to have good deals but what is the use if I can't do anything but window shop with money. Now I have to go into he store. Defeats the purpose of the app. Needs help.
5 ★The Vitamin Shoppe app works great. I have never experienced any issues with the app not functioning properly. It is very convenient and not frustrating, unlike the GNC app for the past nine months.
2 ★The app used to work well however it is very glitchy as of late. Placed 2 orders totaling about 150 dollars and the money comes out of my account however the order never actually places at the store for in store pickup. Very disappointing and frustrating
1 ★Horrible app. It shows you things that are not available. When setting the app for shipping service, it constantly shows you things not available for ship to home. Freakin annoying.
5 ★If you already enjoy this store, well this app just helps make it better. While the only issue is that some products that aren't available don't always get removed, you still get great benefits from ordering wherever you are and (when available) online only discounts.
