≪第一種衛生管理者について≫
労働安全衛生法第12条により、常時50人以上の労働者を使用する事業場では、労働者数に応じ一定数以上の衛生管理者を選任し、安全衛生業務のうち、衛生に係わる技術的な事項を管理させることが必要とされています。
主な職務は、労働者の健康障害を防止するための作業環境管理、作業管理及び健康管理、労働衛生教育の実施、健康の保持増進措置などです。
第一種衛生管理者免許を有する者は、すべての業種の事業場において衛生管理者となることができます。
≪試験について≫
(公財)安全衛生技術試験協会の行う国家試験です。
受験資格：
・大学（短期大学含む）卒業後、1年以上の労働衛生の実務経験者
・高卒で3年以上の労働衛生の実務経験者
・ 学歴を問わず10年以上の実務経験者

試験科目：
（１）関係法令（労働基準法、労働安全衛生法）

出題形式：
五肢択一式のマークシート方式
合格基準：
各科目につき４割以上の得点があり、かつ、全科目の総合得点が６割以上
