おばちゃんが跳ぶ3の上位バージョンです。要望の多かった高度トライアルモードに加え、面クリアモード、さらに2つの隠しモードで遊べます。 面クリアモードにより、○○様間際の狭い足場も体験可能です！
新たな動く曲者ブロックが登場します。ブロックはタイプにより色分けされ、見やすくなっています。
特定の条件で出現する隠しアイテムもあります。取得隠しアイテムは一覧で確認可能です。隠しアイテムコンプリートを目指してそれなりにやりこむことも可能です。
シリーズ初の変化する空により、斬新な気分で遊べます(おそらく)。
