ACC Mobile 3 extends the power of Avigilon Control Center™ video management software to mobile devices, enabling security professionals to efficiently monitor ACCTM systems and to quickly respond to incidents anytime and from any location that has network connectivity. The ACC Mobile 3 app works together with Avigilon Cloud Services to provide secure remote access to your cloud-connected ACC 7 sites, alleviating the need for any complicated firewall configuration.With the ACC Mobile 3 app, users can:
• Sign in using Avigilon Cloud Services credentials for seamless access to an organization’s cloud-connected ACC 7 sites using firewall traversal
• Directly connect to ACC 6 sites or ACC 7 sites not connected to Avigilon Cloud Services by specifying a IP address or hostname, port, and ACC credentials for each one
• View live or recorded video from any H.264 or H.265 cameras connected to ACC sites
• Efficiently stream live or recorded HD video from Avigilon cameras using High Definition Stream Management (HDSM)™ technology to optimize the use of network bandwidth
• Receive push alarm notifications to quickly detect, verify, and act on events such as motion or video analytic rule triggers
• View analytic bounding boxes for detected people and vehicles in video from Avigilon cameras with self-learning analytics
• Use audio talk down to deter an intruder by broadcasting voice audio to cameras with connected speakers (not available for ACC Core edition)
• Listen to live or recorded audio from cameras with a connected microphone (not available for ACC Core edition)
• Easily review recorded video using the recorded video timeline
• Control PTZ cameras including running tours and moving to defined presets
• View live video from multiple cameras at a time using selectable view layouts
ACC Mobile 3 is available for use with ACC Core, Standard, and Enterprise edition sites. Whether connecting through Avigilon Cloud Services (ACC 7.4.4.14 or a more recent version) or directly (ACC 6.2.0 or a more recent version), ACC Mobile 3 requires ACC sites to be running the ACC Web Endpoint component. The ACC Web Endpoint is pre-installed on Avigilon Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and High Definition Video Appliances (HDVAs), is part of the firmware for ACC ES Recorders and ACC ES Appliances, and is available as a separate download for any server running on Windows.

1 ★I keep having to delete and reinstall the application.
2 ★Using this for business, mainly to open vehicle gates for visitors when not in the office. It's is delayed terribly. When a visitor presses the button on the gate, it may be 10 minutes or more before the phone gets that signal and alerts that someone is there. Good phone signal, cameras show up fine. But the alert signal is horribly slow to come up.
1 ★It's really slow on bringing up recorded footage. It also doesn't have the red bar to detect motion like it used to. Not impressed with its performance at all.
2 ★One day it connects fine, the next day it doesn't. Considering how expensive avigilon is, this is unacceptable
1 ★My husband works with avigilon products and from day one the app is sporadic, really and truly if it wasn't for my husband working for a company that installs and sells avigilon products. I absolutely dislike this app. You would think with a company this big they could have a better app. I can't count on me checking my house. Support is super hard to navigate online. I will be calling. Think twice before purchasing this. I would hate to see what big companies put up with. Horrible
2 ★Why are you forcing new passwords when nearly all authentication systems use either biometric or some standard SSO? Not only that, the account setup as multiple identical which causes password managers to glitch meaning one has to manually enter the required (and complicated) password. The app often will clutch and be logged in but can't connect and then you have to log out and manually type in the complex password (due to the identity flub on the backend). Please...please switch to biometric
3 ★Site authentication has to be re-entered every time the app is used. The app won't remember the credentials after it is closed.
1 ★I will preface this by saying I install Avigilon equipment for a living. Overall, the products are of good quality. The cameras, servers, desktop software.. all relatively good at what they need to do. We sell a lot of them, so that's a testament to the fact it's overall a quality system. HOWEVER... This is hands-down one of the worst apps I've ever had to deal with. As a technician who has to help people deal with this... it's incredibly frustrating. Do better, fix your product.
1 ★This app is quite frankly pretty bad, but that could be related to the avigilon cloud service and not the apps fault? The app is not really intuitive and difficult to navigate. The avigilon servers that we have connected don't all show up in the app but they might sometimes. No rhyme or reason and no feedback as to why they aren't there this time. It does not stay connected to the server or servers that do show up and I haven't been able to find a refresh or reconnect capability. Make it better.
1 ★Received a PowerPoint from our security company on how to use this app. It has changed since they made it, I guess, and doesn't reflect the app as it is. Nor does the information work. The app seems buggy to boot. Just spams different issues. No coordination between the app development team and the companies that utilize it.
