How to install MailTask APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download MailTask APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Semplice, perfetto

5 ★Great app.. its free and work exactly what I need. its able send email out instantly (once you fine tune the battery setting and permission) and using my gmail to secure the connection.

1 ★Problematic with Android 15, hit or miss with sending, and attachments, no response from dev

5 ★I still can use it's SMTP feature. Loved It !

4 ★It works fine with Gmail until you enroll in the Google Advanced Protection Program. Then it stops working. And if you uninstall then reinstall it's not possible to grant it Gmail access. As of this date, anyway you have to choose between Mailtask and the Advanced Protection Program.

4 ★There's a lot about this app that it's well done. Easy to set up. However, I can't get it send a file. Logs say file "not exist."

1 ★Stopped working after the last update. Mail to Gmail isn't working. Tasler run log shows ok for the task yet no email to gmail. Last email received by Gmail is 3/1 @ 10:20PM. I have no way to troubleshoot this further. Please fix.

5 ★Works very well - does exactly what I need it to do. My previous review stated you can only have a single destination but after contacting the developer it seems I was just not doing it properly :-)

5 ★Used it with Gmail & Tasker. Got error; "account not found or not visible to the app". Battery settings were not optimized. Turns out in the "from" field in tasker you have to select your account via the 'magnifying glass' icon, don't just type it in. I think that did it for me.
