L'App "La pasta" è realizzata dall'Unione Nazionale Consumatori (http://www.consumatori.it), in collaborazione con AIDEPI (Associazione delle Industrie del Dolce e della Pasta Italiane, http://www.aidepi.it/), per aiutare i consumatori ad orientarsi tra i vari tipi di pasta.E' possibile effettuare una ricerca navigando tra più di 45 schede di prodotti, usando le diverse funzioni:
- per formato,
- per tipologia,
- per regione di provenienza
- per nome del prodotto.
Ogni scheda contiene, per ciascuna pasta, la descrizione, i condimenti di eccellenza, la curiosità e le ricette.
Inoltre, all'interno si possono trovare strumenti quali:
- il timer (per misurare il tempo di cottura della pasta);
- il dosa spaghetti (serve per sapere le porzioni corrette in base al numero di persone);
- la lista degli ingredienti con le dosi per quattro persone.
E' possibile salvare ogni ricetta di paste tra i preferiti, per avere un accesso diretto a quella selezionata.
Infine, utili consigli serviranno per sapere come conservare la pasta, come cuocerla e per fornire qualche curiosità.
