3 ★The app shows the live view at an acceptable speed when in the same WiFi network (or router). But with just the cell network even with 4G speed, NO SUCCESS yet. I have another inexpensive D-Link WiFi camera, and it is much faster than what this app has to offer when viewing LIVE Video via cell network. Monitoring at home is not a problem, but when you away ... on vacation, or just want to check if the garage door was close - that's when the concern is. I really think that Swann has a big window for improvement for this app, and I hope they work on it so that customers will appreciate the usefulness of their excellent camera hardware.
1 ★Runs slow and no smooth frames on play back also no full screen even when the phone is on wide screen. Also would be great to delete recordings from app.
1 ★Live stream sucks, can't play back events, even the monitor itself freezes during playback. The whole system is worthless. I've had a few issues in my store, go to playback events and it freezes. Bummed out on lack of security now.

1 ★Infared doesnt work very well at night. Have to press buttons on screen several times before it does anything. Rarely can connect to device on app even if im connected to network at home. Freezes and closes app when trying to use screen shot button in app. Cant use playback on app because it freezes or runs at 0 - 5 fps. Doesnt always notify me on phone when it senses movement and when it does,cant even watch playback or by the time i finally get app to connect whatever was in the frame is gone.
2 ★Get different results every day. It started with giving me alerts and live feed but no events. Then the alerts stopped and video feed started. Now I get an indication that there was video but no video and still no alerts. Live feed only.

1 ★I bought the kit and several extra cameras because the cams were on clearance. I tried to get the app on my LG smartphone with Android 4.4, but Play store said it wasn't compatible, so I bought a tablet with Android 5.0, and it still says it isn't compatible. I emailed tech support a week ago and still no response. What a horrible way to leave customers hanging after spending several hundred dollars. I will NOT recommend this company's products to anyone else. I will, as a matter of fact, tell everyone NOT to purchase from them. Thanks Swann.
4 ★Had an issue with the constant notifications bugging me, but after some digging I found the option to shut them off. Crashes occasionally, but otherwise works well. Would love an option to access it locally, when my phone is on the same network as the device, as well as an option to view the feeds from my PC, but those gripes are outside the scope of the app itself.
1 ★Cannot hear from my phone. The point was to be able to hear and see what's going on and it doesn't work .. what a waste of money . Very disappointed.
5 ★Works perfect for me, just wish I could do a split screen, app is still great, needs some improving but I love it, only down side that drives me nuts, is I can only watch one camera at a time, I'd like to see all 4 at once like a split screen
