MyQueryForm is an Android mobile application for data collection synchronized with SurveyAppMaker web platform www.surveyappmaker.com where the project manager create the project app including all surveys and manage all users od MyQueryForm.Through drag and drop interface, the project managers on SurveyAppMaker, create surveys in minutes using a variety of elements including Take a Photo, Scan QR Code, Scan Barcode, Text area, Checkbox, Radio Button, Drill down List, etc. A special element, “Questions block,” allows designers to add dynamical query entries for the app. Project managers also approve and manage authorized end users for each project and survey.
Authorized end users can Sign in on MQF by providing appropriate project code, userid and password. After end users have logged in for the first time, the offline map and all query forms for projects to which they have been assigned will be stored on the device and the app will open to the principal view.
After that, users can record data with MyQueryForm even while offline, and because the app stores all data saved for each query form, saved records will not be lost even if device loses power. Once internet connectivity is reestablished and the user presses the upload button, all saved data will be uploaded to the server.
