3 ★Downloaded for the radar map. Suddenly it was changed. Not happy with new unrealistic block map with limited information. Previous map was more detailed. Time to search for better app. Radar map looks like grade two child art. Forecast not accurate. Temps off by up to 5 degrees. Time out by up to 3 hours either way. Get three warning notifications in five minutes in each of two locations. Very annoying.
1 ★The app is always having issues showing the weather keep getting current conditions are unavailable why do you guys have so many issues it's so unreliable I regret buying the premium version fix this or I will leave for another app and cancel my premium getting really tired of this. Internet was online other weather app that I downloaded worked perfectly fine yours has constant issues
4 ★Now that your developers likely spend a large amount of time to build that new AI assistant (which I bet no one asked for, but I get it), can they please work on a fix for the alert notifications that are too often repeated? For example, I once received 5 identical notifications for the same weather event. It's been reported by others, long overdue, and it's the only thing missing to make your app a solid recommendation. Thank you!
3 ★I haven't been impressed this year with the app. Between being hacked and not available when I open it. Or it only shows half of the stuff it normally shows. I hope it improves in 2024 because it's not running like a well oiled machine.
1 ★The app used to work great. The ads were annoying, but it gave a fairly accurate weather update and important notifications of extreme weather events. Recently, the app seems to prioritize ads, and the actual weather will either not load or not update. The radar map even shows the wrong date and time. I tried to un-install then re-install, and there was no difference. I checked it on my partners phone, and they had the same problem. The ads all load great but I am not there for the ads.
1 ★I'm getting fed up with this app. Notification are annoyingly frequent, particularly when moving. Every 2-3 minutes you get a notification for a weather alert because you moved 1km. Had to disable notification entirely to get rid of them. And now, for the last 3 days, the app doesn't update entirely. Sometime I get the current weather, sometime nothing. Prediction have been blank for the last days. Tried clearing cache/data, same issue. Makes the app totally useless. Going back to AccuWeather.
2 ★Unreliable, ad heavy, notification overload. Frequently, it shows the opposite of what our weather actually is. I am getting 5 to 6 alerts for the same warning in a 3 to 5 minute period (3 at a time, back to back), then it does it again 2 or 3 more times within the hour (it is not my settings). The app and tv channel are following in the footsteps of MTV. All ads and other content. The weather network has been my go-to for decades, but maybe it's time to find a new weather app.
2 ★Have had this app for years and found it very useful. I don't like the new radar map, there is no way to zoom in closer to my area. Also, what happened to the buttons/tabs under the current temperature to show UV index, Air Quality, and Pollen? Found that very helpful when smoke is in the air to see just how bad it is and whether it will trigger my allergies.
1 ★Glitchy app that fails when it is needed most. Awful design, videos that autoplay are bad enough but TWN goes even further by having them autoplay ads. Been getting the sorry the current conditions are unavailable message all day. Typically during storms the weather radar doesn't work. The list goes on but that's all the time I really care to waste on this app. Prob more than the time they commit to supporting it.
1 ★Having had this app through the years on multiple phones, there has never been issues, but this latest 2023-08-28 update was so disfunctional that it persistently shuts down. After removing the app to re-download, there is no improvement. The ads are getting so intrusive; yet won't even allow for paying to remove ads, as it's "unable to connect". Please urgently rectify as Forrest Fire Season is still in affect when Air Quality Rating is extremely important for health reasons!
2 ★I like the app. HOWEVER, stop pushing the notifications! Its good to get one but pushing it 5 to ten times is too much. I turned them off because I'm sick and tired of it. Update: not sure whats been going on the past few days but the first day we had no updates for the weather and now we just have the temp for today and not for anything in the future. The rating is going down until its fixed.
1 ★Three ads and stories load before the weather, and the ap seems to be getting worse at time progresses. This app is just full of trash ads. Please someone make a better app.
