1 ★Quality of cars have come down significantly now. It used to be very trust worthy that you will get good cars and drivers. Not anymore. Last few experiences have been really bad. Changing to 1 star now after last service where driver never showed up and when I called to complain, other than saying sorry, they didn't have anything else to say.
4 ★I've been a regular user of Savaari for city rides, but my recent long trip from Kolkata to Varanasi had a rocky beginning. The initially assigned vehicle had a private registration, causing concern, but their responsive customer care promptly arranged a replacement within 45 minutes. The subsequent ride was enjoyable with a well-maintained vehicle and a professional driver, overshadowing the initial inconvenience.
5 ★It was first experience for me from Savaari . I planned my trip one day before from Mumbai to Ahmednagar. Driver was before time and also driving skills were superb . Car was in very good condition too.. overall experience was smooth.
2 ★Average vehicles, not all vehicles provided are good, even provide non AC cars but charge AC car rates. Customer care team doesn't have any respect from local travel agents / drivers, No control over agents. Hire only if you are desperate.
5 ★Nisar picked us up on time and was very friendly and helpful all through the day trip. Got a clear invoice of the money owed at the end of the trip. Very satisfied.
1 ★Felt cheated. Was charged Rs 350 for 5 mins extra. We did not even realize that automatically it charges Rs 350 after 9:45 even if it is because of driver going slow or swipe done few minutes late. Was a good experience till this cheap thing happened. Has to go with MMT, big mistake.
5 ★Driver Sh. Ram Niwas was very courteous & helpful. Car provided was in excellent condition. Very neat & clean from inside as well as outside. Really enjoyed our outstation trip.
1 ★I didn't receive refund for my cancelled booking. While asking customer support. They're saying that initiated refund and sent one fake transaction details. Cheating customers simply....

1 ★Worst and dangerous driver. Car from AP reg but i booked from chennai. Driver doesn't know local language. Nearly 5 to 6 miss. How we can cancel the trip after planned everything. Savaari send useless drivers.
1 ★Doesn't recognize OTP, so not usable at all. The poor UX that highlights swipe left and right, but not explore cabs, Doesn't help either. Uninstalled in five minutes of installation Edit in response to biz query: Not sure how my email address will help. I got two OTPs on sep 22, at 10:10PM, from JX-SAVARI, with values 158231, 739020. That should be enough for any decent IT team to debug.
2 ★Very unprofessional...their local team provide us a private vehicle instead of a commercial one to save bucks,take us through a much longer route to make money and made us pay for the extra kilometres inspite of our complaint,their driver takes out the car for personal shopping while we had to pay for the extra kilometres...Not recommended at all.
