Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★I am 5 foot 9 inches tall. I weigh 190 pounds . My body fat is 9.5% this app told me that I was obese and that my target body weight should be 148 pounds. The BMI calculation does not take body type into account. This application seems to be more useful for people who nave have less muscle mass
5 ★This is an absolutely brilliant app. Only thing I wish it had is an addition to the calorie deficit/excess section where you could say how much you wanted to regularly lose (eg 1lb per week) and it would tell you how many calories to eat and when you would reach your goal date. Or being able to enter in the daily calories and it would tell you what you would be losing and when you'd reach the goal.
5 ★Still the best. No ads, excellent calculations. Old and not updated? True. The app's function and calculations don't need updating. I'll be a bit sad when it no longer works because of it's age. I hope the dev comes back to update the back end.
2 ★Doesn't really do much else from what I can tell, bmi and such but I could just googled those few things to find out..not really usefull
5 ★First, I would like to applaud the developer for working so hard to produce such a refined app. This is by far the easiest, and most accurate, fitness calculator that I've worked with from the google play store. The user interface is simple and easy to comprehend. There are no ads and it's free. I donated to the developer within 5 minutes of using this app. I could go on and on about how great this app is, but I won't. I'd ask that anyone who truly wants to get healthy, download this app and enjoy! Cheers!
5 ★Great app, has options for more serious people who actually know there muscle mass, fat mass, and/or measurements, and gives very useful and well researched information based on that data. If your using this app solely for BMI estimations, any BMI estimations will not take body type in consideration. The app tells you that, alongside descriptions and basic info on the type of data it gives you and how it gets it.
5 ★Better calculated BMI by Navy calculations, neck and waist. Normal BMI is 29.4 which is false and obese. The Navy calc. Gives me 17.7% which is a lot more accurate for me 5'6" @ 180lbs. Data I can use. Thanks!
4 ★I love the app its really convenient and easy to navigate. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the creatine intake doesn't load anything. It would be 5 stars all day long if that one feature would work as well as the rest
5 ★Great wee app. Everything in one, no fuss or hassle. Donated instantly. This thing is just what I was after. Puts the rest to shame.
5 ★This application just does fitness calculations, and it seems to do them well. There are a lot of detailed explanations. Every body is different, but we all have some common characteristics. This application helps one time one's diet and exercise program individually. I think it's a great tool, but it doesn't take away the requirement to think for yourself.
5 ★This app pretty much has everything i'm looking for when it comes to dialing in my macros. I love how it takes in your basic in measurements, calculates your calorie deficit/excess, allows you to pick a nutrition plan, and then BOOM!it spits out your macro split and a chart for the visual people. The only thing I can think to add would be a macro log tab where users can enter in macros after meals and have it show total protein consumed vs daily goal, or something like that. Just something to track intake.
5 ★I like this app a lot but there is one problem it does not save anything like calories deficit the nutrition plan it just saves the profile info please fix
