2 ★Yesterday I bought ebook and it cost me 2,29€ to pay it over Paypal. Today I discovered that I can buy the same book for 1,21€ in google play book, with more free read sample and more features such as, download, copy paste, highlight, translate. I also has chance to read the ebook from google play on my kindle. Gramedia digital is a nice app, it has clear front end. However it has to improve a lot to be able to compete with other ebook provider.
3 ★Lack of common feature such as: add to cart and advanced search feature (including searching your own collection). Paying 1 by 1 is troublesome. Without search feature in your growing collections, I could imagine it'll be a nightmare to search one book. Please consider adding them. Thanks.
1 ★very disappointing app. keeps on crashing for over 1 year. every update is the same, keeps on crashing. already complained by email and the response is the same, no issue on their end. very very disappointing! on tablet also crashed, on both of my phones also crashed.

1 ★Another bad review on this app. I am a premium plan subscriber. Whenever I chose Store, the app closed or move to background. Very annoying. And don't ask me to email you guys, you know the problem now. Fix it! Why should I email to the CS while nothing is fixed?
3 ★Please add cart to this app, it's tiring to buy every single one of title I want to buy, not to mention if it's multiple volume. I also would like if there's more title of rare books and manga which no longer in production and fans have hard time finding it or sold with poor condition and ridiculous price.
1 ★service is bad... I subscribed Femina magz for 6 edition, and Femina stop issuing magz after only 3 edition. No solution. I sent email to CS for refund (prorate) since 24aug. It's 14 sep now. Guess what? Refund money never came! At least you can give me option to buy old edition. Or give me credit voucher to buy other magz in-app. CS said sorry several times but still no solution. If this is the way you do business to customer, no wonder you will be eaten by bigger competitor.

2 ★I have purchased an eBook 6 days ago and nobody tells me how I can download my bought eBook. I've downloaded Gramedia Digital but it does not work so well. I am terribly annoyed due to lack of customer support application. eBook is truly paperless but customer support service is honestly hopeless.
1 ★Not sure what you're trying to sell is it ebook or the hardcopy version since the price is exactly the same, one of the reason I'm buying ebook it's because they're value for money and less space to keep, the search engine is also very poor they dont even can pin point the exact keyword, only take less than 5 mins to uninstall, I hope you put your customer 1st instead of just bring the offline book store to online
