1 ★Garbage app. Blue tooth doesn't work and the customer service team doesn't respond to emails

4 ★Follow these steps and should have NO issues. Unplug bed, turn on yourphones GPS and BT, plug in bed after roughly 30seconds, go to options inthe app And select auto connect and then select device and it should saysomething like "base-i4......" And select connect. Should be good to go! Ifnot, then leave setting in app as is and unplug bed for 30secs and thelittle box on bottom of bed should be flashing. While it's flashing openapp and it should connect. Hope this helps.

5 ★I am a rep for Serta and have tested the app on more than 10 Motion Perfect bases with no problems at all. I love the ability to customize the base to the exact degree.

5 ★Works fine on Android 7 LG G6. Use Bluetooth auto connect in the Serta app. The app allows you to control the bed frame to an exact degree. As well as all the button on the regular remote. You can program the buttons as well.

3 ★The app could be a lot prettier and I still haven't been able to figure out if you can rename the left side and right side connections but other than that the app does everything that the control does. Works fine.

3 ★The program don't save. There is four programs yet they never save. Disconnects a lot. However. . If you wash your actual remote, then this one works.

5 ★This remote is great, I did have to get a tech out to show me how to get it connected to my bluetooth, there is a trick to it, and there is instructions online. Now it connects and works perfectly evertime

5 ★Not sure about all the complaints. I followed the instructions for Bluetooth connectivity on my HTC M9 and everything works perfectly fine.
